American Independent Media (“AIM”), a Washington, DC nonprofit corporation doing business as American Independent Radio (“AIM,” “we,” “our” or “us”), is a social welfare organization exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code. AIM operates the websites located at VoteHQ.org, Lacasadelvoto.org and nativevotehq.org, including any mobile versions of them (each and together, the “Site”). The Site provides general information to help people check their voter registration and prepare to vote, including resources for Native voters.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information through our Site and through our related online and offline activities (together with the Site, the “Services”). It also explains the privacy rights of Iowa residents and how to use them.
